From the moment we arrived at The Lucky Elephant, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff and management went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially with a 1-year-old in tow. They arranged convenient airport transfers, early check-in, and even provided a baby cot in our room. The welcome drinks and relaxing massage at the onsite spa were the perfect touch to start our vacation.The hotel's location right along the beach was absolutely breathtaking, with the pool and restaurant overlooking the sand. We were delighted by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Nipuu, who made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The room was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities like air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The restaurant served delicious food, and we also had the chance to explore the nearby family-run taxi and tour guide service - a wonderful addition to our trip.The Lucky Elephant is a true gem in Hikkaduwa Beach, offering not just a place to stay but an experience to remember.
